YouTube.


The Gillette Pro- Safety case T.V. advertisement will be uploaded to the Gillette YouTube page on the week commencing the 19th of January when the advertised is scheduled to be aired within the ad breaks of a Premiership Football game and Sky Sports News coverage. Uploading it to the YouTube site gives the advertisement the potential to turn viral and allows it to be easily shared across other social media platforms. The description will contain keywords as well as a brief description of the product. Alongside the advertisement Gillette will upload an instructional video as they have done for the current Gillette product range, to aid consumers with setting up and using the Pro- Safety case. The Gillette YouTube page will also replace the regular Gillette promotional banner with the Gillette Pro- Safety product banner during the product launch.

To in order to develop the YouTube artwork, I used a GUI template to guide me to the end result.



The banner is consistent with the other social media designs- keeping within the theme.

The profile picture is consistent with the other social media sites.

I added thumbnails to the GUI to represent the videos available.

I added images from the photoshoot to represent the videos on the site.
